The history of the Napoleon Restaurant

Restaurant Le Napoléon is a renowned bistronomic restaurant in Montebello, serving exceptional cuisine in a beautiful and intimate setting. Our culinary philosophy has been carefully crafted by our chef, who believes in creating menus that showcase the finest local and seasonal ingredients. At Restaurant Le Napoléon, we believe in attending to each guest individually, ensuring their meal is a memorable experience. It is this attention to detail that has allowed us to achieve culinary excellence.

Where experience and passion meet

Le chef cuisinier et fondateur de Restaurant le Napoléon

est l'un des plus grands talents culinaires de la région.

Un jeune chef qui s’est donné le défi de maintenir le renom de l’établissement, tout en imprimant sa marque personnelle sur le menu.

Antoine Meunier, natif de la Petite-Nation,

a touché jeune au monde de la restauration,

mais a entrepris des études en génie électrique, à Montréal.

L’appel de la cuisine a toutefois été plus fort.

Il a donc décidé de tenter sa chance pour accéder

à l’Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec.

Le contact avec des professeurs de différents horizons qui partageaient

une passion commune l’a confirmé dans son choix.

Pour lui, la cuisine devient un art qui ne demande qu’à être développé.

Une fois sa formation complétée, il travaille dans plusieurs petits restaurants de Montréal pour multiplier ses expériences avec des techniques

et des spécialités différentes.

Puis c’est le retour dans la région avec des emplois au Château Montebello,

à l’Auberge Viceroy et à l’Auberge du Club de golf Héritage,

où il sera chef pendant trois ans.

Pendant cette période, il travaille occasionnellement au Napoléon,

puis il se joint de façon permanente et plus encore
